SPERGOLA GRAPES IN THE LAND OF MATILDE DI CANOSSA – 2 DAYS
Day One
Two days to discover the stunning Lands of Matilde di Canossa, also known as the Great Countess. Guided visit of the Boiardo Fortress, the Spallanzani House and the Clock Tower.
At the very end of the visit, stop off at one of the best local wineries, producer of Spergola wine. Guided visit of the local winery to discover the production process, from the vineyard management to the winemaking.. .and clearly, the wine tasting!
Transfer to Agriturismo (Farm stay Inn) for a dinner based on delicious local dishes, and overnight.
Day Two
After a tasty breakfast to delightfully fill your stomach, guided tour in the Castle of Canossa, in the heart of the Matildic Lands. Following, guided visit of the Castle of Rossena, which is one of the most evocative landscape views of the entire Matildic area.
