
ITINERE & CLUB DI PRODOTTO REGGIO TRICOLORE will be at the 3rd edition of the GOOD ITALY Workshop that will take place on October 30th at FICO Eataly World in Bologna.
Following the success of the last edition, we are back at Good Italy Workshop with the same aim of promoting Reggio Emilia and Emilia Romagna’s tourism, through specific meetings with tour operators coming from all over the world. In particular, we will meet more than 15 representatives coming, for examples, from United Kingdom, Japan, New Zealand, Russian Federation, Sweden, Germany, United States. There will be 70 buyers specialized in food tourism that will meet the best Italian touristic offer, in the heart of Food Valley, and will combine business with the pleasure of discovering one of the best culinary areas.
On October 29th, we will have the pleasure of dining at Fico Eataly World, the world largest agri-food park. The 10 hectares structure that will host the workshop in Bologna was created by Fabbrica Italiana Contadina and encapsulates all the wonders of Italian biodiversity in 2 hectares of fields and stables, 40 Farming Factories, 40 Eating Points, Shops and Marketplace, 6 classrooms, 6 large educational “rides”, theatre and cinema and a congress centre accomodating from 50 to 1000 people. It will open on November 15th and it will aim at explaining the Italian excellence and beauty.
In connection with the Workshop, an Educational Tour is been organised, in which we will have the opportunity to host 12 tour operator from different parts of the world. The tour will snake between Reggio Emilia and Parma and the guests will have the chance to taste local products. Starting from the morning of October 28th they will visit a dairy farm, to better known the production of the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, and a vinegar cellar, to better known the famous Traditional Balsamic Vinegar. After a lunch in a Michelin-rated restaurant they will arrive in Parma to taste the prestigious cold cuts like culatello and strolghino and finally, they will take part in a cooking class where they will learn the secrets of home-made pasta.
