
United Kingdom arrives in Reggio Emilia: an Educational tour promoted by APT Emilia Romagna. The Press trip will take place on Thursday, June, the 8th in Reggio Emilia and Itinere will be the incoming tour operator that will follow the UK journalists.

The menu will have as protagonists local and fresh products and ingredients in a redesigned style.
It is time to discover much more… a product that is the result of a centuries-old history and a masterpiece of Italian flavour in a enchanting farm. The property rose on what was city’s outer edge, there was nothing but the gentle hills and rolling meadows beyond it. This mesmerizing masterpiece has become a symbol as well as a recognizable landmark area and it dates back to 19th century when a banker became an entrepreneur, farmer and humanitarian; the baron was originally from Venice but when he arrived in Reggio Emilia, he was instantly captivated by the beauty of these places. The documented history goes back to the Renaissance, when the aristocracy first, and later the middle class, started the custom process of making their own vinegar at home by leaving boiled grape to age in special barrels.
