On Tuesday, 30 September 2025, Reggio Emilia hosted the 9th edition of the Good Italy Workshop, the event dedicated to promoting Emilia Romagna’s food and wine excellence around the world, in whose organization ITINERE also took part.
Our agency handled the scouting of locations, the hospitality of international buyers, and all banqueting services.

Within the elegant setting of Palazzo da Mosto, 55 tourism professionals from 22 countries had the opportunity to meet the finest suppliers of Italy’s food and wine tourism. They showcased the beauty of our region – not only through its extraordinary culinary heritage, which attracts visitors from across the globe, but also by highlighting destinations far from mass tourism for those seeking an authentic experience.
After being welcomed in the city of the Tricolour and exploring our territory, we organized for the guests the final gala evening at Teatro Valli, where they enjoyed a dinner crafted for them by some of our most outstanding local talents: Michelin-starred chefs Claudio Cesena, Massimo Spigaroli, and Andrea Incerti Vezzani.
Reggio Emilia and Emilia Romagna are ready to open their doors to the future, offering an authentic tourism built on tradition, flavours, and stories – and the Good Italy Workshop once again stands as a celebration of all these values.
