We will start the day in Reggio Emilia where your tour will turn into a real gastronomic experience, with a tasting of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia DOP and the visit to one of the most prestigious vinegar producer of the entire city.
Later, you will continue your journey through the Parma’s hills, moving around Langhirano to visit one of greatest Parma ham producer. We will follow the whole production process, from the origin to the finished product, through the master’s skills of this land. The territory has the ideal climatic conditions for the natural seasoning and it gives the unmistakable sweetness and taste of the Parma Ham. The tour will be finally topped by a delicious lunch, which includes not only this amazing and refined product, but also other excellent and genuine local products and meats of this area. In the afternoon we will visit a Malvasia local wine-producer, where you can enjoy a glass of wine with all its bouquet of aromas, in front of the Castle of Torrechiara.
