Corporate Event Management Project – October 24–25
To celebrate 50 years of TMC and 20 years of Platform Basket, PB Group opened the doors of its headquarters in Poviglio and organized a two-day event. ITINERE managed the entire project – from concept development to full operational direction – coordinating suppliers, logistics, and on-site supervision.
Space Management and Guest Flow Organization
ITINERE focused on transforming the company’s facilities into functional event spaces, ensuring that stages, marquees, hospitality areas, and services were seamlessly integrated and managed to guarantee smooth flow throughout every phase. Key activities included:
• supervision of guest flows and registration;
• coordination of speeches and live demonstrations;
• organization of transportation logistics;
• management of technical suppliers.
Factory Tours and Corporate Activities
Special attention was devoted to the factory tours, designed to showcase production processes without disrupting daily operations. ITINERE coordinated visitor groups, in-house guides, and simultaneous translation, offering guests a clear and immersive experience that highlighted both the expertise of the staff and the innovation of the machinery.
Local Experience
A standout feature of the project was the inclusion of a guided city tour for international guests. This activity was not just an add-on but a strategic added value, allowing participants to:
• understand the cultural and territorial context of the company;
• enjoy a more complete and memorable experience;
• distinguish the event from a traditional corporate meeting.
A two-day event
October 24, dedicated to clients, combined institutional moments and hands-on activities, including welcome sessions, speeches by company leadership, factory tours, and machinery demonstrations.
October 25, the family day, focused on social and community-oriented aspects, with entertainment for families, tours for friends and relatives, and convivial moments.
Conclusions
ITINERE’s work blended operational planning with experiential value, allowing guests to experience the company in a tangible and engaging way. The combination of project management, technical coordination, and experiential storytelling made the two days smooth, dynamic, and memorable – an approach that highlighted both the company and the region in which it operates.
